Shipping Policy

Overview At pyne.store, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and what you can expect after placing an order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

      US SHIPPING: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days.

      WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: Estimated delivery is 14–21 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping & Customs We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that pyne.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Damages & Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Damaged: Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Lost: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at onesmusmuriuki22@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating it or filing a claim.
